Sitsong Chen (b.1996)
Born in Shenzhen, China. Lives and works between London and Shenzhen. Sitsong Chen is a multidisciplinary artist and illustrator working at the intersection of image and text, with a focus on visual storytelling, printmaking, and poetic expression. Trained in both Eastern and Western visual traditions, she explores the tension and resonance between handcrafted imagery and narrative fragments. Her recent work employs lithography, drawing, and word-image interplay to map emotional landscapes and imagined geographies—such as in her ongoing exploration of Dungeness as a site of memory and liberation.
